Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge. For barcodes, send your symbology and data and we build the encoding.

Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build ready-to-produce artwork for you.

Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on printed labels and full CMYK on full-color styles. Direct-thermal labels image in a single tone but can carry a pre-printed branded margin in your colors.

Yes. We support UPC, EAN, Code 128, GS1-128, QR, and serialized numbering, and we verify codes against a scanner or verifier so they pass retailer and carrier compliance — not just look right.

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Because labels pack tightly on rolls and in cartons, bulk orders are economical to ship.

Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment — common for multi-warehouse or multi-office operations.

We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Direct-thermal 4×6 for on-demand carrier labels, roll barcode for scanning-critical marking, sheets for office printers, BOPP for moisture and cold, Kraft for an eco/boutique look, and hi-vis warnings for handling. Tell us your printer and surface and we’ll match one.

It depends on the stock. Thermal-transfer and BOPP resist smudging, moisture, and abrasion for durable transit and cold-chain use; direct-thermal is ideal for parcels in transit but can fade under prolonged heat or sunlight.

Coated paper facestock, BOPP synthetic film, direct-thermal stock, or weatherproof polyester, on permanent (or removable) acrylic adhesive matched to your surface and temperature range.

Store rolls and sheets flat, cool, and dry, away from direct sun. Apply to a clean, dry surface for best adhesion; ask us about freezer-grade adhesives when labels are applied to cold or damp packaging.
